How many tea bags are in each pouch?

How do I prepare the tea?

It’s just like preparing any other cup of tea. Simply place one tea bag into a cup of boiling water, and allow to brew for 5-7 minutes.

Add ice, fruits and honey for a delicious and refreshing iced tea.

Can I drink the tea as an iced tea instead of hot?

Yes, you absolutely can drink the tea cold, as an iced tea.

Some of our customers have added their favorite flavors or fruit to the tea, or even consumed it as non-alcoholic mocktails.

These may be creative options for you if you don’t normally enjoy hot teas.

How long will it take before I see some benefits?

Some people feel and see results almost instantly, but it really depends on individual needs and the complexities of each person's particular hormone imbalance.

Most customers have reported that they have seen significant positive changes in their body and mood between 14 days and a month or two.

Can I drink your teas if I’m already taking HRT?

Every woman is different. If you are already taking HRT for your menopause symptoms, we recommend you consult with your doctor before using our teas.

Can I drink your teas if I have a medical condition?

If you are taking any prescription drugs, have a medical condition, or if you have been treated for breast cancer or any other hormone dependent cancer, we recommend you speak to your doctor before trying our teas.

Will I experience any side effects?

Every care has been taken to ensure the safest possible product and whilst the vast majority of women do not report any issues, every woman is different and it may be possible to experience some side effects.

The most common side effects are mild stomach aches, headaches, nausea and mild diarrhea. If this happens to you, we recommend brewing your tea bag for just 1-2 minutes (instead of the full 5-7 minutes) and gradually increasing as your body adjusts.

If you experience any other side effects or have any other concerns, we recommend speaking to your doctor before starting our teas.

Who should not use your teas?

Our teas should only be used by women going through menopause. Therefore, we do not recommend men, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women to use our teas.

Can I drink your teas long term?

Yes, of course you can, and in fact, we recommend you do so as well. Most research has found the maximum effect of these ingredients come in about 4-8 weeks time, and the longer you take it, the more it will help you.

TeaTox Booster:

As for the 14-Day TeaTox, we recommend no more than 1 TeaTox Booster every 3 months.

Do your teas taste good?

Yes! No matter how good for you the ingredients are, we know that if you’re drinking a tea it must taste good.

Do your teas have added sugar or sweeteners?

Our teas do not have added sugar or sweeteners. Our flavoring comes from natural ingredients.

Are your teas caffeine-free?

The only tea we produce that has caffeine are the MenoSlim Tea and Teatox Booster. These teas contain Matcha Leaf which is a type of green tea that has caffeine.

All of our teas are GMO-free, Gluten-Free, All-Natural and 100% Certified Organic by the USDA.

Do your products contain nuts?

While we ensure that careful manufacturing practices are followed at all times, ours products are manufactured and processed in a facility which may also process peanuts and tree nuts.

How do I store your products?

Reseal after use and store in a cool dry place. Avoid exposure to heat, light, air, and odors or moisture.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 USD for orders within the U.S. and $20 USD for orders to Canada.

The $20 USD flat rate Shipping fee to Canada already includes all customs duties and taxes, so you can be assured that there are no hidden costs (no nasty surprises) when you receive your order.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 although it only applies to orders within the U.S.

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the U.S. and Canada, except for the following Canada territories:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut


We don't ship to any other countries at the moment. Each country has its own regulations on what we can or cannot put into teas and, currently, we are only approved to sell our goods to the countries mentioned above.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our Arizona or Texas warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your order. Depending on how far you live from our warehouse, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

We use UPS, USPS, DHL, and on some occasions, we use FedEx to deliver orders.

Why didn't I get an order confirmation email?

Each time you order, you'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

If you haven't received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Menopause Tea to your safe list.

You can also contact our Support Team so we can confirm your order for you.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, it is possible your order hasn't shipped yet.

Typically, it takes about 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship, but it may take longer during peak times, sales, and promos.

If your order is past the stated processing time, please contact our Support Team and we can confirm the ship date for your order or see why your order is delayed.

What is your Return Policy?

Our Return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our Support Team for further assistance.

What is your Refund Policy?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How do I return my order?

Please contact our Support Team so we can arrange a Return Slip for you and send you the return instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
